Bring the hands on culinary class into your home. Invite a few friends to indulge in an evening of fine food and fun. You and your friends will watch Culinary Expert Elsie personally prepare dishes from a custom designed menu from casual to classical during an evening that combines lessons in food history, cooking skills, and culinary tips. The class has no boundaries: Whether you’re interested in appetizers or hors d’oeuvres, soups or salads, a multi-course menu or baked goods and deserts, or want to focus on a favorite dish.
